Why are the progressives demonizing Rex Duncan? Are we now a muslim country?

There is zero danger of Sharia being applied in the U.S., so Rex Duncan's idea of banning it from the courts is simply absurd. Our laws are based on our Constitution and thus Shariah law is irrelevant. He is simply engaged in political posturing.
