Depressed and thinking suicide!!?

I am chronic hepatitis b carrier. I have also acquired acid reflux disease recently. I have piles and lots of gastric pain. Taking medication for long time but no use. I am living in panic to have liver cancer or throat cancer in near future. I am 33, single abroad and cannot think of marriage because of my condition….(its hard to imagine if anyone will accept me!). I only have a low paying job which meets my ends barely. No insurance company willing to provide me for my health. I am really considering committing suicide. Can anyone advise me if anything better I can do?
