Pain in the right side of my head?

I had bronchitis a over a month ago and had a really bad cough and during one of the coughing fits I had a sudden pain in the right side of my head. The pain would go away until I coughed again and soon was a constant pain. Sometimes I have a pain behind my right eye and also on my skull on my browline. I currently don't have insurance and can't go to the doctor and am afraid that it might be something serious sense it's been well over a month now. Over the conter pain relievers help with the pain for a little while but it always comes back...anyone have any idea what it may be?
