my friends mom (who is vietnamese) use to make this like - dried chicken - almost like a jerky that was in little tiny shreds and very salty - she would store it in a big jar in the fridge - and we could sprinkle it on white rice w/ soy sauce - it was really really good - anyone know how to make this? it just seemed like salty shreded dryed out chicken but im sure there must be a way to make it or something.
