What is the best graduation gift for an English Major?

My boyfriend just graduated from college with a B.A. in English and would like to become a writer in the years to come. He is very much interested in writing his own novels and publishing his own literary magazine, however I have no idea what would be the best gift that would suit his endeavors. Would anyone by any chance have any ideas of what would be the best gift for anyone who is going into creative writing as a career?
