What does it mean when there are white dots in pictures? Ghosts? Spirits? please answer this!!!?

me and my step sister were playing bloody mary over and over again in her closet & bathroom, and all of a sudden at night we were getting different sized pale white and shiny white perfect circle dots kinda close to where we were playing the bloody mary game. its freaking us out... and the room got a bit chilly. does this mean there are ghosts and spirits present?
