I have a 2 month old neapolitan mastiff pup. we have had her for three nights now and she will not sleep?

we had her in the garage last night and she cryed for an hour before i finally got up to her at 2.30am. then she wouldnt sleep again the next night unless somebody was right there by her. tonight we had her in a kennel and she has been crying for around 45 mins. i feel so mean hearing her cry for that long. as soon as i pick her up she is fine. we arent meant to have her inside. im almost tempted to go into the garage to sleep with her out there. she also wants to bite everything. she is trying to chew on my hair at the moment. any ideas for these? thanks
