I'm 14, and i would like to sing at some weddings?

Hi, I am the same age as you and I too take singing in public performances very seriously. I may have a few tips for you as to get to the step that you want to get at. In this case, your step is to become a singer for weddings. You could possibly try to exceed in school performances such as musicals, dramas, choir, concerts, ect. After you know people (that are engaged) who have been at that school event and have seen your performance, ask those people if you could be part of the wedding event. Explain to them that you can sing and could share a few examples of songs on both yours and your own time. If you get a wedding singer positive (someone you know wants you to sing at their wedding) then great! Good luck to you and your hopefully gig.
