Designing clothing on a croque (how do you spell it??)(crow-key)??

this has been driving me crazy! In my textiles cl I am designing a fashion scketchbook and I need to finish it. You know those models that you trace then draw clothing onto I know what they are called but I cannot spell it or find it on google. you pronunce it crow-key? any spellings?
